Books will be used to support our Second Step Emotional Learning program. We will read aloud and discuss how the characters are feeling emotionally and how they solve their problems. This will provide an example for them to follow. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve our social-emotional well-being, but you will also ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. Understanding that all of us learn in different ways lets us accept that making mistakes is part of the learning process. Feeling good inside is important to our successes in the classroom.

About my class
