These resources will help support the Nevada Academic Content Standards by promoting inquiry and investigation. It supports students in communication, critical thinking, problem solving and reflection. Many of my students need time to explore and create with hands-on materials. The headphones will replace some of the broken ones and give each student their own to use. Students will be able to use them to work on many different school district-approved online platforms. My students love to use SmartyAnts which helps them improve their reading skills and work at their instructional level(RF1.3 Phonics and Word Recognition, RF1.4 Reading Fluency). The STEAM materials will be used in the classroom to give students the hands-on learning they desire(K-2 Engineering and Design).
