Today, kids are faced with more stress than ever in history. Many kids are left to deal with this stress all alone. This leads to depression and anxiety throughout their lives. It also leads to a lack of motivation in all aspects of their lives. This project will help 80 kids relieve some of this stress and anxiety without needing anyone. The Wreck This Journal will give kids a fun and entertaining way to cope and deal with today's stress. It is a perfect distraction for lonely kids dealing with stress at home.

About my class
