Students will sketch out their ideas about their culture. They will work with their best ideas to create an artwork about who they are and what they represent. After completing their project, they will prepare their work by placing it in a mat and frame. After that they will present their framed work in an exhibition for families in our community at the end of the school year to celebrate their learning and growth in their confidence, creativity, critical thinking skills, and their skills as a young artist and overall development as a promising young adult.

About my class
