My project is designed to help my students be successful in both reading and math. I would like to use these resources to help fill in the significant learning gap I am seeing due to the lack of in person school over the last year and a half. These items will help to build my students knowledge and confidence in reading, writing and math. My students love games and I feel these games will help them become more proficient in sentence building, telling time, counting coins and reading. The flash cards and learning games will be used to help my students in their small group reading and math centers. I hope these material increase my students love and desire to learn and be successful at school. I believe learning should be fun and am hopeful these items will help to enforce that. My students also need simple supplies like pencils and crayons. These items will be helpful so that families who are unable to supply these items will not have to worry about it.
