This will be used in my leadership class. These students host events, plan assemblies, and present to the school. Currently, our sound system for presentations is not reliable and has poor sound quality. This means when students are hosting events, those in the audience cannot hear them. Students who work this hard to plan, prepare, and execute a project should be heard. Students come up with the ideas, present their ideas to the administration for approval, research the supplies they need, and design each event based on desired school objectives. A new sound system would allow them to be more successful, not only in communication, but overall event success. We currently have all assemblies outside on the football field and the student leaders cannot be heard when they are presenting. This portable speaker system will allow them to easily make audio available for those in attendance and create better outcomes for them as leaders and speakers.
