The diverse assortment of literature will support my students' overall reading achievement. It will give them a greater desire to read because they will be able to see people that look like them in the different genres. Standards included are RL.4.10, RF.4.4, RF.4.4.A, RF.4.4.B, and RF.4.4.C. The opportunity for student to read books about kids they can relate to in a comfortable environment will motivate them to want to read. I am excited to make this kind of reading material available to them, as well as the opportunity to reward them for their hard work and positive attitudes about learning.

About my class
