The finger grasp used in writing is one that is learned through using a variety of activities. These products will help develop these skills with my preschoolers while promoting fun and confidence. I've seen children use these products in my previous classrooms. They are enjoyable and fun. The children do not even know they are gaining fine motor skills that is valuable for writing. At the same time they are identifying letters and creating stories to tell to their friends and teachers. It is also a great tool if a child needs quiet time, alone time or calming their bodies down since they can be used in different areas of the classroom, not just at the tables.
