Many of my students have spent the last 18 months at home due to the pandemic. They continue to work extremely hard every single day to make up the learning they've missed. I would love to provide them with a classroom set of student-friendly biographies, which is a genre that students don't typically choose. In order to immerse and engage my students to a variety of this type of genre, they need to have these biographies available. I am also requesting black lights and paint to change the appearance of my classroom. When the black lights are plugged in everything will glow. I want my students to have fun while reading, learning, and participating in hands-on activities. They truly deserve it!!
