This laptop will be used to run Google Meets and allow students who are home in quarantine to participate in class, and will allow me to demonstrate geometric principles with online applications. COVID continues to cause a lot of disruptions to student learning; students frequently have to stay home because they are mildly sick or quarantined from exposure, and with this laptop, I can help them connect to the classroom virtually. I will use the laptop to run Google Meet and check in with students who are joining online. I also have to record lessons so that absent students can view them later and learn the material they missed. This technology will help students access educational content when they cannot be present in person. Additionally, the laptop will be used to access the new online resources with our math curriculum. We have applications to manipulate geometric figures, as well as online modules and content that will be facilitated using this laptop.
