I believe that if you have the correct tools to do any job, it makes that job easier and much more fun to learn or do. My paper is used for my distance learners and in person kiddos. I use an Elmo to mirror all my papers to the students in person and the students online. The paper is used for my first graders writing assignments. We use a lot of paper in first grade because we are teaching them how to write letters and numbers. We also use their desks for dry erase markers. I have them practice letters, numbers, and play time drawings on their desks. We need the erasers because the use of tissues is expensive and wasteful. My kiddos have missed 18 months of schooling. I need all the tools I can get to help these little ones catch up to their appropriate grade level. I am thankful for what supplies the parents did donate. Times are still tough because of the Pandemic. I understand. I was unemployed for a year. We are all still dealing with all of these weird times socially. emotionally, and physically.
