My students attend a public school in the San Fernando Valley of California. Our school is located in a community made up of immigrant, working class families. My class is a, self contained, Dual-Language program that promotes bi-literacy in English and Spanish. I have 27 students enrolled in my class. I teach reading, writing, math, social studies, science and arts instruction in both English and Spanish. Help us reach our goal of becoming bilingual, bi-literate and successful citizens.
