Our Health office averages 500-600 student visits monthly for medical needs. We are in dire need of supplies. These supplies will help directly and indirectly maintain our student’s health and wellbeing. We are requesting medical devices to assess the students and treat sick and injured children. We also requesting office replacement equipment for increased mobility needed maintain medical records for our office visits and medical referrals to physicians. These supplies will help directly and indirectly maintain our student’s health and wellbeing. In addition, we have medications that require refrigeration, i.e., Lispro Insulin and Glucagon for our Diabetic students. Therefore, we are requesting this assistance. The microwave requested is used for reusable heat packs and warming fluids. Keeping our children healthy and safe with these items will assure trust with our Health Office and rejuvenate their faith in the school system and our Health Office. Band-Aids, blood pressure cuffs, and finger pulse oximeter, are some of obvious devices we use daily. But the remaining items are equally important to allow our Health Office to operate smoothly, serving our pediatric community effectively and safely. Thank you for considering this modest request for these essential supplies.
