The dress-up clothes will allow students to be able to role-play as people from the community. This allows them to work together, communicate, teaches them about different jobs, and encourages them to be successful. These art supplies will make a difference to my students because we can use them to make learning fun! Some examples of how we use the art supplies are: graphs, counting, measurement, shapes, sounds, making numbers and letters, and most importantly, using their imagination. Making various crafts allows students to be themselves and it gets their creative juices flowing. They love coming up with their own ideas for their creations/inventions. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing them smile and so excited about what they have done. Bringing the fun into learning will hopefully set them up to be successful, not only in education, but in life as well!
