Providing my students with tooling materials gives ample opportunities for students to create and work on projects in the lathes and mills. Hands on projects and shop work is the best way for students to learn and create a desire to become positive learners and workers. This class experience can show them ways to use learned skills to find careers in the trade industry. Learning more about the tooling business and the inner workings of the metal industry, specifically with lathes and mills within the classroom gives students a head start to becoming successful contributing members of society.

About my class
