From my college courses, I've learned that sometimes students learn best with different accommodations. Some of my students learn best when they are holding a fidget toy (like a pop it or squishy toy) and some of my other students benefit from visual timers. I've been experimenting with flexible seating options, too, and I feel as though my entire classroom could benefit from these options. Having flexible seating options will allow me to meet every students individual learning needs. Having different options such as wobble cushions, wobble stools, and comfy floor chairs will allow me to find something that works for my students. These will be used as tools during instruction in my classroom.
