The writing skill was really impacted by virtual learning. These fun activities will help them understand a sentence and get them writing.
Correct the Sentence Daily Journal - Gr 1-2-W.2.5

For students, that do not know English or that have never been to school before these will help: Listen Learn Phonemic Awareness Activity Program-RF.1.2
Write the Letter Activity Center- L.K.1.A
Classroom Environment
Magnetic Write Wipe Organization Charts- Have the week standards visible to the students. For example: I can displace "RL.2.3- I can describe how characters in a story respond to major events and challenges".
Home Sweet Classroom Bundle- This will help create a welcoming environment for the students. I can also use some of the materials provided for phonics activities RF.2.3.
Self-Inking Teacher Stamps - At the end of teaching an RL.2.3 (other standard) lesson, I will be able to giving quick and colorful feedback.
Magnetic Folder Bins- I will use this bins to put standard based differentiated work during centers. For example, for RL.2.3, providing different level passages.
Duty Storage Boxes- This will help me organize the assignments I will be giving the students that month or week. For example, I will have RL.2.3 lessons ready to give.
