We will use the chroma cube for team challenges on solving the logic cards and we will use the graph mats for the same type of challenges. We like to start the units with something out of the box and tie it back to algebra. The students love team challenges so these will provide two different opportunities to have these challenges in the classroom. The students will work in pairs and all solve the same chroma cube card. The top two or three teams win large candy! The mats will be used in a similar way but with graphing functions in a timely manner.
