Mental health is at an all time high. Learning how to cope with stress and anxiety is more important than ever and students have been home not socializing and learning positive coping skills. Coming back to school has opened up a Pandora's box of mental health issues and this purchase can help students learn how to manage their anxiety. Sometimes parents aren't equipped to teach students coping skills because they don't know how and it falls on the school to teach these skills to students. Thank you for being a part of this.
