After learning from home for so long, my student-athletes are ready to move and play together. I will teach them how to train to be better athletes using the materials from this project. They will work together as a team and feel like legitimate athletes after being cooped up for a year. These basketball agility and weight training tools will help the students train and exercise both their minds and bodies. This connects to NVACS for PE 1.8.2 (Demonstrate manipulative skills in a variety of environments and under a host of conditions) and 1.8.3 (Execute moderate and complex motor skills and movement patterns within physical activities).

About my class
