Students have been at home for too long due to covid restrictions. They now have the chance to be back in the classroom and learn in the school environment but haven’t sat in a traditional seat since covid started. Giving them an option to sit such as stools for small group tables provides them with flexibly and education. Students like to be comfortable and be given choices. During independent reading, students get restless and want to be comfy, the cushions with backing will allow students to sit on the floor around the room and enjoy reading. Students will also enjoy having books in bins according to the level of the books to better encourage leveled reading.

About my class
