My students love using our classroom library, and having a comfortable seat while reading will help all students continue their passion for learning. Furthermore, flexible seating allows students in the classroom to succeed and offers an excellent alternative to traditional seating. Headphones are a necessity while teaching students those critical 21st-century skills. Good quality headphones allow students to have support in reading by listening to stories and hearing themselves read, which helps promote fluency. The listening center enables diverse learners the opportunity to listen to grade-level text that they may not be able to read independently.
