My heart was broken and my eyes opened when my second grade students told me they did not have books at home. They were so excited when I brought in books that my own children had outgrown and told them they could take them home. Though most of the books were below their reading levels they were excited to have one to call their own. Please help me make this a reality for them once again with books on their level. At the same time you are helping to update our classroom library. Thank you for your support!
