Students who struggle in reading need books that they are able to practice their decoding skills (AKA sounding out words). We do not have enough of this type of resource that looks like real books. We have only paper copies. I need your help to get physical books in my students’ hands so I can build their confidence as a reader. They will be able to sound out words and build their phonics skills. This will help them to close the gap and catch up on their academics after the pandemic.
