The students will using writing skills to argue a point about various topics such as pros and cons about social media with teens. Emphasizing Writing Standard W.6.1 I will use these tools to differentiate the needs of the various learners that are in my class. The presentation tool allows my and my students to come to the front of the room and present their points of view, pointing out using the laser pointer the area of their writing that proves their point. The plug bars will allow me to move computers to an area that is more conducive for students to work together and the paper is needed for students to understand that mistakes are a part of life and that they need to go and fix and redo so they can be happy with their final draft. Paper is necessary in any classroom.
