Our school has recently installed water fountains that have water bottle filling stations on them. They have covered sipping fountain portion because of covid, so expect our students to only use the filling stations. Problem is, most of our students don’t have water bottles!! We are a district that serves low income families, and many of our families struggle to meet their basic needs. Teachers have been supplying paper or plastic cups, but this is causing more trash, and there’s a spill hazard. (It’s getting quite messy!) Teachers have been instructed to not use cups anymore, but the kids need to hydrate. We would be so happy to have a reusable water bottle for each student, so they can stay hydrated and be environmentally responsible. Thank you!
