9-12 Culinary Arts Performance standard 1.3.1 Wear and maintain professional workplace attire. Content Standard 1.0 Demonstrate employability skills for career readiness. Participating in the CTSO of Family Career community leaders of America to showcase the skills learned in the classroom. In order to compete the proper dress is required. These resources will be used for years to come allowing students the opportunity to compete at the state and possibly the national level. This allows students to see who they will be competing against for job opportunities in the future. FCCLA is a great CTSO for students to show the skills they have learned.
