The Chromebook will be used as a learning station during literacy. This terminal will house literacy activities such as interactive sight word slides, CVC word building activities, and phonics videos. This year is their first experience in school and I want to foster their innate desire to explore. This project also includes math manipulatives. Counters and ten frames will help students visualize how to manipulate numbers. These supplies will be used whole group as we discuss ways to manipulate numbers and how to think about mathematics. Other materials in the project will be used to keep us tidy and organized.
