I have requested a class set of the graphic novel, They Called Us Enemy. These books will make a difference in my students' learning by bringing them back to normalcy in the English classroom. These books will be used in the classroom to generate class discussions and much more. The best way to increase reading ability is to read more, and these books will continue to help my students grow stronger in reading. I am hoping that introducing my students to a graphic novel will interest them to look into reading more graphic novels because graphic novels are so rare to be taught in schools.
