These resources will help my students in a variety of ways. They will assist me in supporting social-emotional learning, literacy skills, distance learning, and creating a positive classroom environment. The decorations, prizes, and supplies will make sure that I can support any of my students socially and emotionally. The posters also help to support achieving the goals of standards SS.9-12.WH.6. and SS.9-12.WH.34. My project also includes plenty of supplies that I can provide to students who would not have access to them on their own. I have been in need of ways to support distance learning and the webcam in my project will help me do that. I will use it to ensure that all of my distance learners are getting the same education as the rest of my students. The Jeopardy machine will allow students to play enjoyable games while remaining socially distant. One of our activities related to SS.9-12.US.27. engages students in rapid debate about modern issues and this Jeopardy device will help us achieve this goal. My students have also been asking me to update my classroom library, so I decided to get a few different series that they can use to support literacy skills and vocabulary. Some of these books will also support standards such as SS.9-12.US.28. and SS.9-12.US.4. Every single thing on my list will help me to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment for all my students.
