These books and resources will allow my students to build on their social and emotional tools, which will help them thrive academically. I believe in preventative care and offering students the ability to learn and advocate for themselves. I will use these items to guide small groups including social-emotional skills, social skills, and coping skills. I hope these resources will give them the tools and opportunities to grow as learners and become stronger individuals as a whole. If we can offer opportunities for resiliency building and self-discovery/awareness, then we can guide students to become more successful long-term.
