Students will use the Bosu balls in their Strength and Conditioning class to take their workouts to the next level. Students have been working out the entire semester using strength equipment. They have learned to deadlift, squat, and hang clean as well as all upper and lower full body workouts including the use of the track. The use of the bosu balls will help my students reach the next level of their workouts and learn to balance while lifting weights. Thank you for taking the time to read my donors choose project.

About my class
