These supplies will help students in the lab and in the classroom. These supplies are for hands-on learning which helps students to further comprehend the topics covered. In my classes, the first lesson for 7th grade covers cells. The models for cells and slides of cell division will be used for the first 2-3 months of class. They will allow students to visually see what is happening inside the cell. The periodic table is the first topic covered in 8th grade science. The giant wall poster will help students to understand the the fundamentals of chemistry and the alcohol burners will be used in lab experiments to demonstrate chemical differences of unknown substances.
