These Material will help my students learn how to cope with anxiety and other stressors. Teaching kids to cope with their feelings is essential because it helps our students to practice resiliency, and emotional regulation. By kids learning to manage their emotions, they will ultimately be able to learn how to self-regulate in classrooms and to help reduce test-anxiety. By students learning how to utilize coping objects, students will learn how to redirect their thought, feelings, and emotions by engaging in coping skill. In return, students will be able to self-advocate for themselves, and reduce class management time from teachers because students are learning how to take a break without disrupting the class lesson.
