Many of my students have difficulty reading in my classroom. Currently, we focus on reading informational text and also reading non fiction. Many of the stories that are read in my class are full of rigor, but are very unrelatable to my students. Because of this, students are struggling to read. I would like to add rich discussion into our reading with novels. By getting these books for my students I am allowing them to dive deeper into books they can relate to and books they will enjoy reading in my classroom. TPT card will allow me to get extra reading lessons.
