If students are given device materials as a present to keep, they will take better care of their things. Hopefully if they have things of their own it will help them be more responsible and engaged with learning using technology in the classroom, and much easier to focus. These supplies will be used to help them learn on their school Chromebooks and to keep our air clean in our classroom. In our classroom when we finish our whole group lesson, students will complete the work independently and then move on to a program that continues their learning at their own levels to get them caught up in areas they are behind in, or in areas they are ahead in to continue their individual growth. These programs help me quickly see what students need to teach them at their levels and give interventions to skills that still need to be taught to those select few.
