My students are struggling readers. Whether my student is in fifth grade reading at a second grade level or in third grade reading at a first grade level, all of these students need to feel successful in reading at their own pace. All students deserve to feel successful in reading despite their grade level or literacy ability. When working in a small group or one on one these books will help to make each child feel successful in decoding as well as comprehension. I believe these books will foster a new literacy environment for all.

About my class
