My students are both in-person and virtual at this time due to COVID and their sensitive behavioral and emotional needs. I strive to give my students the best educational experience I can give them, and I can do this through my project. My project will allow my students to view and utilize content in better quality and quantity. My clients will be able to participate and navigate digital content that will enhance their experience with the computer and laptop monitors. My students will meet their social-emotional needs by participating in SEL projects and learning to navigate resources independently. An enhanced classroom environment creates an enhanced learning experience for children. By having computer monitors in the room the students will be able to experience an enhanced computing experience.
Help me to give my students the resources to meet their educational standards and objectives. My students struggle with self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relational skills, and responsible decision-making. My project will allow my student to engage in content to explore and improve these five core social-emotional competencies. By having a laptop monitor to attach to a laptop my virtual students will get an enhanced learning experience.
My students enjoy exploring and understanding their emotions in my classroom, a room built for SEL. Comfortable seating enhances a classroom for both the students and staff so having a computer chair in the room gives the students an option to choose a more comfortable seating place to enhance their learning experience. What better way to support a child than support their SEL needs where studies show a student with improved SEL skills becomes a more productive and well-rounded adult. This project will allow my students the chance to become that productive adults.
