There are a variety of resources in this project just like there are a variety of students in the classroom. For students who essentially missed a year of school due to connectivity issues the writing tools and vocabulary flashcards will help to close the gap. (RF3.3) Many students have there eyes on the prize literally and non literally (RL 3.4). We use ClassDojo and a "student store" to help promote goal setting and prioritizing what tasks to work on. The Lego are two fold both as arrays for the introduction of multiplication and models for area later in the year.(3.OA.A.3 and 3.MD.C)
