Ukuleles are a wonderful way to introduce students to a variety of musical concepts. With the instrument's small size, this is a perfect option for elementary students of all ages. Students will be able to learn the chords and melodies of familiar songs, as well as explore new ones. Music is the universal language of mankind and through this experience, my students will have the opportunity to learn more about this language that connects us all. Additionally, they will have creative freedom to create songs of their own both individually and along side their peers, to share this language amongst each other.
