A colored printer would make a difference in our classroom because our students require differentiation and visual aids to learn. Colored pictures provide the teacher the ability to customize lessons and create materials for our students. Visual aids are essential for students with disabilities. Furthermore, it supports innovation and creativity in the classroom. It increases student engagement when the pictures are brought to life in color. My classroom consists of students that are nonverbal and autistic. The teacher and students benefit from having a printer in the classroom. This resource will serve my students well this school year and the school years to come. It will allow me to create more engaging activities in my classroom. The printed materials will really bring complex concepts into simplified visual materials for daily use.
