My students were at home participating in distance learning during the pandemic. For 18 months they felt isolated and missed the social interaction high school provides. Now that we are back in person, collaboration and relationship-building has been a focus of this school year. These resources will help support student's social, emotional, and mental well-being as well as the impacts of interrupted learning as a result of COVID-19 Now that we are back in school, I am encouraging my students to share their ideas visually in a "board meeting" using white boards. In class we discuss scientific concepts and collaborate in groups. Students then create visual representations of their ideas, and then we share them with the entire class.
