These supplies will allow my students to participate in great academic discussions and then apply those thoughts into creative outlets. They have been tied to screens for a year and a half and miss being able to manipulate anything in a classroom. While they will ultimately use technology, they will be able to create something with their hands first to illustrate their topics and learning in a meaningful way for themselves and for their classmates. They will be looking at issues that affect them in our community and working towards becoming responsible citizens while illustrating this in a way that works for them.

About my class
