My project is to provide high quality books to low income students. These books will help my students expand their reading levels. Having a library in class will help them learn 5th grade standards, while keeping their interest. Being able to take the books home and share with their families will help our entire school community grow their fluency levels, vocabulary, and reading comprehension. The parents are always looking for new ways to grow their students scores and this would be a great gateway in able to do this. My students and their families will be forever grateful.
