My project will tie into both health and speaking/listening standards for both PreK and Kindergarten. Having fun and interactive games for our students to play outside will help them build social and emotional relationships with their peers and allow them to practice conversational skills. They will also provide students with opportunities to develop gross motor skills. Many of our students were isolated during the pandemic and are struggling to make friends, share, take turns and interact appropriately with their peers. Play-based learning is a great way for our students to grow and develop.
