Children at our school have all been impacted by the effects of COVID-19. Resources have been limited for many families and children have not had adequate opportunities to be exposed to reading materials. Our students would benefit greatly by having the access to reading materials, along with the opportunity for each child to check books out of our library that closely aligns with various Nevada Academic Content Standards. These books would help each child have the opportunity to engage in reading with their families and develop the necessary literacy skills to succeed.

About my class
