Many of my students have never participated in a performance ensemble before. Having a digital keyboard will allow me to create rehearsal tracks for them that will enable them to practice at home and come to understand the music audibly as well as visually through study of the sheet music. For kids who cannot afford to have a piano in the home or take music lessons, rehearsal tracks are the only option for practicing music at home. This project will help over hundreds of middle school-aged kids to have a more robust music education. Thank you for your consideration.
