This project helps students fulfill the NVACS on multiple levels. With the ability of students to work toward healthy habits, team work, mental health improvement, and a phenomenal environment, there is a clear avenue to pull these hardworking students out of the depression in which they find themselves. Students will be given safe access to healthy athletic practices that encourage mental health improvements and personal growth. 2.12.3 Demonstrate safe practices for self and others while participating in physical activities. 3.12.2 Apply lifelong activity patterns through participation in physical activity 3.12.3 Demonstrate opportunities at school for regular participation in physical activities.

About my class
