These materials will make a significant difference in the functionality and productivity of my Scholars. For the first time in years, due to Covid, Scholars have a large number of academic text stored in their desk and have opportunities to work collaboratively on white boards several times daily. The seat organizers will be utilized to hold 3 of the 7 content area text 2nd graders have the responsibility of learning and managing. The other 4 content areas will be stored in their desk. Currently, 2nd graders have significant challenges maintaining, referencing, and utilizing classroom materials in an efficient manner, due to the substantial amount of text and resources that are stored in their desk for daily use. The dry erase markers and erasers will allow Scholars the opportunity to have their own set to engage in content, without having to wait, ir just write traditionally with pencils and paper, while other students are utilizing dry erase boards, markers, and erasers.
