The use of the laptop will be used daily with activities in my classroom, especially in reading. Using the laptop in reading, students will be taught and provided guided practice and modeled strategies. The laptop will allow me to see exactly what they are doing, as well as provide an easy way for me to show and share their work. Students will be able to check out the laptop to use for learning at home. The lessons will be taught for students to increase reading levels with the use of the IXL program and other computerized programs.
